Read this before you rely on anything TradingVox says.
Plain-language, not legal boilerplate. This is meant to actually be read.
We are not your adviser
TradingVox is not a registered investment adviser and doesn't provide investment advice, recommendations, or trading signals. It reports market data and context (options flow, dark pool activity, regime classification, congressional trading disclosures) in plain language. What you do with that information is entirely your call.
Trading carries substantial risk
Stocks, options, futures, and other instruments discussed through TradingVox all carry real risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Nothing about how an answer is delivered (spoken, transcribed, summarized) changes that risk.
What voice/AI interfaces add to that risk
A conversational interface introduces failure modes that a static dashboard doesn't have:
- Speech recognition can mishear you. A misheard ticker or number produces a confidently-delivered wrong answer, so always sanity-check what the transcript shows you actually asked before acting on the response.
- Language models can reason incorrectly. The underlying AI can misinterpret data or phrase something misleadingly, even when it isn't fabricating information outright. Treat every answer as a starting point, not a verified fact.
- What you hear may already be stale. There's real latency between market data updating and a spoken answer reaching you, and markets can move in that gap.
- When something isn't connected, it should say so. TradingVox is built to admit "I don't have that connected yet" rather than guess. If it ever seems to be guessing instead, don't trust the answer.
Your TradingVox account is separate from any broker or EZPZ relationship
TradingVox does not hold funds, does not have authorization to place or cancel any order, and is not connected to any brokerage account. Your TradingVox login is a standalone account, so logging in here has no effect on any broker or EZPZ membership you may separately hold.
Monitoring your positions is still your job
Nothing about talking to TradingVox replaces actively managing your own positions and risk. It's a way to ask questions faster, not a substitute for paying attention.
