Step 1
Open Account Settings
Log in to TradingVox. Click your name in the top-right corner, then choose Account Settings.
Shortcut: once you're logged in, go straight to Settings → EZPZ & Staking.

Connect your EZPZ Trading account
Link the EZPZ Trading account you already have to TradingVox, so Vox can use your EZPZ membership. It takes about two minutes.

Before you start
You need two things:
- A TradingVox account with a verified email. If you haven't clicked the link in your welcome email yet, do that first. No account yet? Sign up.
- An EZPZ Trading account. Any EZPZ membership can be linked, but EZPZ AI and EZPZ AI tools need EZPZ Elite.
Step 2
Click "Connect my EZPZ account"
In the left menu, choose EZPZ & Staking. On the EZPZ Trading & ZPZ Coin card, click Connect my EZPZ account.
Same email on both sites?
You're done. TradingVox finds your EZPZ account straight away and connects it. Skip to Step 3.
Your EZPZ account uses a different email?
You'll see "No EZPZ account uses your TradingVox email — enter the one it does use." That's expected.
- Type the email your EZPZ Trading account uses, then click Send me a code.
- Check that inbox for a 6-digit code from TradingVox.
- Enter the code and click Connect account.
Step 3
Check it worked
The card now says EZPZ Trading account connected, with your EZPZ membership shown as a badge on the right. That's it. Your next Vox session uses it.
What your EZPZ membership unlocks

Upgraded or changed your EZPZ membership? You don't need to reconnect. TradingVox picks up the change by itself.
TradingView Desktop
Talk to Vox inside TradingView
The EZPZ TV Connector puts Vox right next to your TradingView chart. Press the mic, ask out loud, and Vox answers and works your chart for you.

Sign in with your TradingVox account (recommended)
Use this if you bought the EZPZ AI & Data add-on, or if you connected a Pro, Premium or Elite EZPZ membership in Step 2. One sign-in does everything: it signs you in to the app and links Vox to it. No pairing code needed.
- Open the EZPZ TV Connector and pick the TradingVox tab.
- Enter the email and password you use for TradingVox, then click Sign In. If you've turned on two-factor sign-in, enter your code when asked.
- Click the mic button next to the chat box (Talk to Vox) and start talking.
Vox plan only, or a free EZPZ account?
The TradingVox tab won't sign you in. Use the EZPZ Trading tab instead:
- Sign in with your EZPZ Trading email and password. A free EZPZ Trading account works.
- Add your own AI key in the connector's Settings. Without EZPZ Elite or the add-on, the connector's AI runs on your key.
- To talk to Vox, link the app once: in the connector open Settings → Link TradingVox, then enter the pairing code from Vox (Settings → Integration → Link Finn).
Troubleshooting
It says "Verify your email first."
Your TradingVox email isn't verified yet. Open the welcome email from TradingVox and click the verification link, then try again. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or contact us.
It says "No EZPZ account uses your TradingVox email."
Your EZPZ Trading account uses a different email. Enter that email instead and we'll send it a code. See Your EZPZ account uses a different email? above.
I didn't get the 6-digit code.
Wait a minute and check your spam folder. Make sure you typed the email your EZPZ Trading account actually uses. Still nothing? Refresh the Settings page and enter your EZPZ email again to get a new code.
My EZPZ account uses an email I can't access any more.

The TV Connector says my plan or subscription "doesn't include EZPZ access".
Signing in with the TradingVox tab needs the EZPZ AI & Data add-on or a linked Pro, Premium or Elite EZPZ membership. Use the EZPZ Trading tab instead. See Vox plan only, or a free EZPZ account? above.
I connected the wrong EZPZ account.
On the same card, click Use a different EZPZ account and connect the right one, or click Disconnect.
The card shows the wrong EZPZ membership.
Changes on EZPZ Trading usually show up within moments. Refresh the Settings page. If it's still wrong the next day, contact us.
