Getting started
What is TradingVox?
The voice tool in the EZPZ ecosystem. It calls EZPZ's market data directly, can hand a research question to EZRA, and can ask Finn to control your linked TradingView session — so you can ask about a ticker, your watchlist, or market conditions and get a spoken answer back, with a live transcript running alongside in case you'd rather read it.
Is my TradingVox login the same as my EZPZ account?
No. TradingVox is its own standalone identity provider, with separate email/password registration, its own email verification and password reset. It shares the ecosystem's data (EZPZ's market data, EZRA's and Finn's signals), not your account.
Do I need a microphone to use it?
No. The quick-question chips and the text box work with or without a mic, in both Scripted Preview and Live Mode. Voice is one way in, never the only one.
Which browser should I use?
Chrome or Edge for the best experience. They have the most complete browser speech-recognition/synthesis support. Other browsers work fine for typed questions and text-to-speech playback.

Quite a lot — the full EZPZ data stack is built in on every package:

Does it place trades or connect to my broker?
No, and it's not going to. TradingVox is a conversation and information layer only. That's an explicit non-goal, not a missing feature. Broker/order execution lives in a separate product.
Does it give investment advice?
No. It reports data and context, things like "resistance at 4,315" or "call buying at the 130 strike," not what you should do with your money. See Disclosures.
Can it see my TradingView chart?
Yes, for the chart embedded right here on TradingVox — it reads the symbol, timeframe, and active indicators as structured state the moment you have it open, not a screenshot. Drawing on it or switching symbols by voice is built and being tested, so treat that part as early days. Controlling your own separate tradingview.com session is different — see the next question.
Can it control my own TradingView account?
Yes, through Finn, the AI inside the separate EZPZ TV Connector desktop app. Link it once from Settings (a short pairing code, entered in the desktop app), then ask Vox to have Finn switch symbols, add indicators, set alerts, or draw on your real tradingview.com chart. Connecting Finn is free on both packages, and so is the live EZPZ data that flows through it — your package's EZPZ AI and market data access works in the connector standalone, with no separate API key to buy. (Corrected 2026-09-15: this answer used to say a key or membership was required, which was wrong.)
What do the Vox modes do?
Default is balanced, everyday use. Mentor explains the reasoning behind an answer and can't generate a trade setup — it points you to Trading Desk mode instead. Trading Desk synthesizes signals into one read and is the only mode that can pull a concrete entry and invalidation level. Switch anytime in Settings; the underlying data and tools are the same in every mode. See the same question answered in all three modes.
Voice quality tiers & Vox packages
What's the difference between Pro and Studio?
They control voice quality and how natural the conversation feels, not what data you can access. Every Vox package (Active Voice or Always-On Voice) includes full access to both. Pro is native speech-to-speech with lower latency and barge-in; Studio is the most natural-sounding voice available, with expressive delivery that follows the tone of what it's saying. What's the difference between Active Voice and Always-On Voice?
They're TradingVox's two Vox packages, and they differ only by monthly token allowance — not by which voice quality you get. Active Voice is $49/mo with 10,000,000 tokens a month; Always-On Voice is $69/mo with 20,000,000 tokens a month. Both include full access to both Pro and Studio voice, both reset monthly, and both support non-expiring credit top-ups if you run out. Full breakdown on Pricing.
Can I pay with ZPZ Coin instead?
Yes. Instead of the monthly fee you can stake ZPZ Coin to hold a package — 5m ZPZ for Active Voice, 7m ZPZ for Always-On Voice. Your coins are locked, not spent: they stay yours, keep earning while staked, and you can unstake any time to release them and end the package. You do it here on TradingVox — pick a package on Pricing and choose “Stake” — not on a separate site. Staking is for EZPZ Elite members with a linked ezpztrading.com account, which TradingVox does not sell.
What actually is a token?
A token is the unit the voice models bill in. Everything you speak and everything spoken back to you draws from your monthly allowance, as does the data each answer looks up — so cost tracks the weight of a conversation rather than the clock. A quick “what’s SPY doing” costs a fraction of a full multi-tool research answer, which is why we don’t publish a tokens-per-minute figure: any number we picked would be wrong for half of you. Your real consumption is visible under Settings → Usage from your first week onward.
What happens if I run out of tokens before the month is up?
Nothing is billed to you by surprise — there is no automatic overage charge. New voice sessions are blocked and an in-progress one finishes its current answer and then closes, until your next monthly reset. To carry on before then, add credit in Settings: top-ups never expire, so anything unused carries over month after month instead of evaporating at the reset. The package allowance itself does not roll over.
Do you offer annual billing or a discount?
Not today. Both packages are flat monthly rates — no annual plan, no setup fee, no minimum term. If annual billing would matter to you, tell us.
Is there a free trial?
There is a live demo you can talk to without a package, which is the fastest way to find out whether voice suits how you trade. There is no time-limited trial of a paid package — but with no lock-in, one month is effectively the smallest commitment there is.
How do I switch packages, cancel, or get a refund?
Switching and cancelling are both self-serve from the billing portal in Settings — no email, no notice period. A switch takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated onto your next invoice. On refunds, the honest answer: charges already taken are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and part-periods are not refunded on a cancellation or a downgrade — see the Terms. If your package is held by staked ZPZ Coin rather than a card, unstake it instead; there is no card subscription to move.
Is EZRA included in a Vox package?
EZRA's analysis is, on every package — market regime scoring, multi-signal trade evidence, composite technical scores, key levels, expected move. That is the bulk of what EZRA does and Vox speaks all of it aloud.
What is not included is asking EZRA an open-ended question and having its multi-agent engine pull several sources together itself. That needs a real EZPZ Elite membership linked to your account, which TradingVox does not sell. Ask for it without one and Vox will say so rather than guessing an answer in EZRA's place.
Do I have to buy EZPZ AI and market data separately?
Only if you want to. Each package on Pricing has a toggle for it. Left off, you are buying voice on its own at the lower price — that assumes you already have EZPZ AI and market data on your EZPZ Trading account, and we will not bill you for it twice. Switched on, the data access is billed inside the one TradingVox subscription and there is nothing to buy separately. The voice product, the tools and the token allowance are identical either way. TradingVox does not sell EZPZ memberships.
Is voice tier the same as my EZPZ membership tier?
No, they're separate axes. Every signed-up member currently gets the same full data access regardless of voice tier; voice tier only changes how TradingVox sounds and reasons.
Data & privacy
Is my voice recorded or stored?
Raw audio is streamed to the voice engine in real time and isn't saved afterward. What is stored is the text transcript of your conversation, tied to your account, same as any chat log, so you (and we, for debugging) can look back at it. See Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Can I use TradingVox without voice at all?
Yes. Everything spoken is also rendered as text in the transcript panel, and you can type questions instead of speaking them. The product is designed to work fully via text, not just as a fallback.
Status & roadmap
Is this live yet?
Yes — TradingVox is fully live. The voice loop, standalone accounts, the full EZPZ data stack (options flow, dark pool, Greeks, GEX, congressional trades, regime scoring, news sentiment, and more), Finn's TradingView chart control, and paid subscriptions (Active Voice and Always-On Voice) are all running, as is EZRA's analysis layer.
