One difference.

Start on Active Voice. It's the cheaper of the two and the tools are identical — the only thing Always-On Voice buys you is double the monthly token allowance. If you run out before the reset you have two ways out that don't involve guessing up front: top up with non-expiring credits, or switch up to Always-On and have the difference prorated. Nobody needs to over-buy on day one.

Only the monthly token allowance. Both give you identical voice quality (full access to Pro and Studio), every Vox Mode, the complete data stack, and Finn's TradingView control. Always-On Voice is for traders who are talking to the market all day rather than checking in on it.

Not today — both packages are flat monthly rates, and that's the only billing period we sell. There's no annual plan, no setup fee, and no minimum term. If an annual option would matter to you, tell us — it's the kind of thing we'd add on demand rather than guesswork.

There's a live demo on the home page you can talk to without a package, which is the fastest way to find out whether voice suits how you trade. There's no time-limited trial of a paid package — but because there's no lock-in, one month is effectively the smallest commitment you can make.

A token is the unit the voice models bill in. Everything you speak and everything spoken back to you draws from your monthly allowance, as does the data each answer looks up. That means cost tracks the weight of a conversation, not the clock: a quick "what's SPY doing" costs a fraction of a full multi-tool research answer, so a light month and a heavy month with the same amount of talking can land in very different places.

That's also why we don't publish a tokens-per-minute or hours-per-month figure — any number we picked would be wrong for half of you. Instead you can see your real consumption any time under Settings → Usage, from your first week onward.

Nothing gets billed to you by surprise — there's no automatic overage charge. When the allowance is exhausted, new voice sessions are blocked and an in-progress one finishes its current answer and then closes, until your next monthly reset. To keep going before then, add credit under Settings → Credit: top-ups don't expire, so anything unused carries over month after month rather than evaporating at the reset.

No. The monthly allowance that comes with your package resets each billing cycle, so an unused balance doesn't accumulate. Credit top-ups are the opposite — those you buy separately and they never expire. If you consistently finish the month with allowance to spare, the cheaper package is the right one.

It picks which of two prices you pay for the same voice package. Left off, you're buying voice on its own — that price assumes you already have EZPZ AI and market data on your EZPZ Trading account, and we won't bill you for it twice. Switched on, that data access is billed inside the one TradingVox subscription and there's nothing to buy separately.

Either way you end up with the same thing: EZPZ market data, EZPZ AI, and EZRA's analysis, in Vox and through the TradingView connector. The voice product, the tools, and the token allowance are identical too. The one difference is that open-ended Ask EZRA research needs a real EZPZ Elite membership, which the bundled price does not include.

Connect your EZPZ Trading account under Settings → EZPZ. Once it's linked we read your access directly from EZPZ Trading, so the lower price applies without you sending us anything. If you try to buy at the lower price without that access, checkout will tell you rather than charging you and failing later.

No, and this is worth being clear about because the page used to say otherwise. EZPZ AI and EZPZ market data both come with the package on either price — on the member price because you already hold that access, on the bundled price because we provision it for you. There is no separate API key to buy, and that same access works in the TradingView connector standalone, not just inside Vox.

EZRA's analysis is, on every package — market regime scoring, multi-signal trade evidence, composite technical scores, key levels, expected move. That's the bulk of what EZRA does and Vox speaks all of it aloud.

What isn't included is asking EZRA an open-ended question — handing Vox something broad like "what's your overall read on SPY right now" and having EZRA's multi-agent engine pull several sources together itself. That needs a real EZPZ Elite membership linked to your account, which TradingVox doesn't sell. If you ask for it without one, Vox will tell you so rather than guessing an answer.

You lock ZPZ Coin to hold a package rather than paying its monthly fee — 5m ZPZ for Active Voice, 7m for Always-On Voice. The coins are locked, not spent: they stay yours, keep earning 17% APY while staked, and the package stays active for as long as they're locked. You do it here on TradingVox — pick a package above and choose "Stake" — not on a separate site.

Staking is for EZPZ Elite members with a linked ezpztrading.com account, which TradingVox doesn't sell. The bundled price includes EZPZ AI and market data but not that membership, so it cannot be held by staking.

Yes, any time, from Settings → EZPZ. Unstaking releases the coins and ends the package that was being held by them — there's no lock-up period and no penalty. Staking requires a linked EZPZ Elite membership; if that membership lapses we email you and your package keeps running for 7 days, so renewing in that window loses you nothing.

From the billing portal under Settings → Membership, or by clicking the other package on this page while signed in. Switching takes effect immediately and the price difference is prorated onto your next invoice. If your package is held by staked ZPZ Coin rather than a card, unstake first — there's no card subscription to move.

Cancel yourself from the billing portal under Settings → Membership — no email, no retention call, no notice period. On refunds we'd rather be straight with you than pleasant: charges already taken are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and we don't refund part-periods on a cancellation or a downgrade. Card payments are handled by Stripe — TradingVox never sees or stores your card details, and the same billing portal is where your invoices live. If we ever raise a price, you get at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your renewal, per the Terms.

Finn is TradingVox's TradingView Desktop connector: install the EZPZ TV Connector app, pair it in Settings, and Vox can switch tickers, set alerts, start and stop replay, and control your charts by voice. Connecting it is free and included in both packages — not a paid add-on — and your EZPZ AI and market data access flows through it into your own desktop session.
