Terms of Service
TradingVox is operated by EZPZ Trading LLC. By creating an account or using TradingVox, you agree to these terms.
Last updated September 2026
1. Introduction
These terms form a binding agreement between you and EZPZ Trading LLC governing your use of TradingVox. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service.
2. Not investment advice
TradingVox is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Everything it reports (market data, options flow, regime scoring, congressional trading disclosures, and anything else) is informational only, not a recommendation. See Disclosures for the full picture, including risks specific to a voice/AI interface.
3. Your account
You need an account to use most of TradingVox, including Live Mode. Two-factor authentication is optional and available from your account settings. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Registration requires a valid email you can verify; accounts with unverified emails can't log in.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use TradingVox to: attempt to access another user's account or data, reverse-engineer or scrape the service beyond normal use, resell or redistribute access to TradingVox, or interfere with the service's operation (including the voice/WebSocket infrastructure). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Active Voice ($49/mo) and Always-On Voice ($69/mo) are paid Vox packages billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor — see Pricing for what each includes. Subscribing starts your billing cycle immediately: you're charged the package's monthly price at checkout, and again automatically on each renewal until you cancel.
Manage your subscription — cancel, switch between packages, or update your payment method — anytime from your account settings, through our billing partner's self-service portal. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features stops immediately — we don't hold a grace period open for a failed charge. Update your payment method through the billing portal, and a successful retry restores access automatically.
Charges are non-refundable except where required by law; we don't provide partial-period refunds for cancellations or downgrades. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your next renewal. TradingVox also offers access to Vox packages by staking ZPZ Coin instead of paying a monthly fee — see Pricing for details.
6. Intellectual property
TradingVox's branding, design, and content are owned by EZPZ Trading LLC. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use, not to build a competing product or redistribute its output as your own service.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TradingVox is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data reported through it is complete or timely. See Disclosures for the specific risks of a voice/AI interface. To the extent permitted by law, EZPZ Trading LLC isn't liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, TradingVox.
8. Indemnification
You agree to hold EZPZ Trading LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of TradingVox or violation of these terms.
9. Termination
You can stop using TradingVox and request account deletion at any time via support. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or acceptable use.
10. Changes to these terms
We'll post material changes here with an updated date. Continuing to use TradingVox after a change means you accept the update.
